It would have been 3 days ago to be precise. I've been part of that appropriated funds "use or lose" by the 1 October start of the new FY process. RDY2ROCK shared a reference of good news regarding payment due on the 15th. So the SFOR clock is ticking and it's the final countdown for SFOR's: shorts, bashers and naysayers IMHO.
