Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) has completed the divestiture of its LifeScan business to Platinum Equity for ~$2.1B.
JNJ will discuss this transaction during its scheduled quarterly earnings call on October 16.
Shares are down a fraction premarket.
Not much news here. But it is interesting. Probably more news coming out later today on this.
