This volume tells a story that should soon play out. We all know about the conversions in Canada but the fact that this has held strongly is very telling. My belief is $1.50 comes very rapid on the fact that demand for testing will be strong in Ca. and Mass. and the amount of crackdowns in Ca/ & Oregon will prove the black market will not survive as states will do what it takes to protect legal jobs and taxes. Make no mistake. The wildcard here is Canada and what EVIO can do with the upgraded licence. Can you smell the green?
