looks like Owen Louden wants to cement DLT Labs and Utopya into the infrastructure of blockchain so it will all grow as blockchain grows and becomes mainstream throughout the world hence 'Worldwide'.. the worlds 'first blockchain phone' is to be released in November so that 11-11 just might be the release date of Utopya as well
