If there is no demand for the stock(ie people making buys), supply will increase and the price per share will fall. As demand rises, supply decreases and the price rises. This is why PR’s, quarterly reports/10q, and ceo interviews are important. It lets shareholders know they should buy or sell, thus increasing or decreasing demand which ultimately drives stock price.
