Very good summation Junebug. I just have one small correction I would suggest for your post. Merck is not worth millions and millions, they are in fact one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the entire world, they are in fact worth billions and billions, and have been majority owned by the very same German family since the late 1600's. The Merck founding family meets the true definition of "old money." And, they indeed do have a lot of it.
