One entity is already public (nFUSZ), the other is not (Sound Concepts). We only would know half, at best, of the information that the underwriter will know imo. They will probably be given information about what nFUSZ is working on, or have just about completed that hasn't been PR'd or 8k'd yet. Basically, we are privy to just a fraction of what the underwriter will/does know.
