Come on, f$ck this NDA bullshit! This is people's hard working money. I mean if TPAC is done just be a man and say so. If not, be a real leader and keep your share and stakeholders apprised of what's going on. It's been a whole year with no material communication along with non-compliance. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm starting to side with madzak and join his frustrations because I at least get more communication from him than Bill.
