Step 2 : Flush with cash from the Brilacidin deal IPIX will focus on getting the Prurisol results announced and get a Prurisol partnership solidified. When IPIX announced they had “nearing 20 NDA’s with Big Pharma”, you have to believe several of those were specific to Prurisol. If the Phase 2b results turn out to be as strong as the phase 2a results were than IPIX has a blockbuster psoriasis drug. With cash no longer being an issue for IPIX thanks to the Brilacidin deal, Leo will be in a position of power to negotiate a very lucrative Prurisol licensing agreement with what I believe will be several interested Big Pharmas bidding. My guestimated timeframe for this is Q1 2019. Once this second partnership agreement is announced IPIX stock price will once again gap up somewhere north of $9 or $10/share.
