The only reason I feel they are more likely to give up controlling interest is to avoid being on the OTC market even for the amount of time it would take to get uplisted. Management has been through a lot obviously with frivolous lawsuits and articles. They will have gained generational wealth, made their loyal investors immense gains and ultimately bring good drugs to market. I would hang my hat...
