I will not agree or disagree with your theory as you have some good points but that scenario raises other questions as well.
If you are correct and Leo lives up to his convictions,your "Buy Out will involve some very very large $.
OK,nothing wrong with that but when you buy an "egg" you buy the whole thing,not just the yolk.
That said,nothing is mentioned about the advancement of Kevetrin or B-ABSSSI or any of the pre-clinical compounds in the pipeline.
These would either be included in the buyout (for an additional HUGE $) or not.
So what happens in the event "or not" happens?
Does IPIX (or a spinoff) leave the table with the remaining drug candidates and move on with them (and what about the shareholders who bought IPIX because of Kevetrin)?
Just thinking out loud for the board.
