It's quite clear that article. People were celebrating all over the country thinking all CBD products are now reclassified but in actuality the FDA needs to approve each medication individually. We already knew that but when people see that article it's easy to panic and assume the worst. I believe Dr Dalton had handed in all pertinent paperwork along with product for review several months ago. Let's hope the FDA is working hard at approving cannabis based meds since the floodgates are now open. Imagine filings and a PR are right around the corner. Good luck to us all!
