Hope I am not over stating the situation here, but IMO this reclassifying CBD from a class I to a class V is huge. Correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding is a class I is heroine, cocaine, meth, etc, whereas a class V is Alleve. Not only will this benefit cannabis companies, but will open some eyes for the govt and state legislators to reconsider medical marijuana. This is hitting the mother lode I think. And I am sorta pleased the Farm Bill is delayed-know farmers need it now and it should have been passed for their sake-but for us this means another bombastic PR in December when it should pass easily. Once it is passed then hemp crops will be wide open for everyone with much less tight controls. Our PPS will take a big leap when a PR comes out about hemp-all good ahead.
