I queried PD about the source of funding and he replied that he'd get with the CEO and urge him to let out more info on that topic. I dont think PD has that info either. For now - it's not known where the $250K came from or that we have granted in return.
Share price says shareholders aren't ready to pull the trigger on large buys yet - need more info. And there will be many who're just waiting to get above water to pare down their holdings - for some that's at 2 cents, 5 cents, 10 cents. Most probably have cost basis in the 4 to 8 cent range so are still well underwater Some bought heavily at the prior lows and are green even now but most I suspect need to see this get back to four to six cents.
