I use Schwab & the last time I checked, they still brokered penny stock trades. But I haven't done any trading in the last few years, so I don't know if their policies have changed any since then...they haven't sent me any notices regarding my account to that effect. But I don't really care anymore if they won't let me buy ....as long as they let me sell when the time comes, I'm good.
