If you sell shares for less than you bought then you lost money and it could also mean you’re a shitty trader. Longs that buy because they see the potential value of pennies plus don’t sell on down days they buy the dip or do something productive with their day ignoring the noise and chart gyrations. Making money takes time and patience.
