The precedence which will be established with the upcoming SA appeal victory, then the domino effect of the remaining lawsuits going to settlement, will lock down future infringement cases in our favor. This will result in leading the infringers to acknowledge the obvious outcome, and providing them with a very wise decision to give up without a fight, and go immediately to settlement! The foolish ones will incur expensive & unnecessary legal fees in an exercise of futility! LOL! We are golden!
