For sure they have AI that scours the web for articles such as this one to uncover 'opportunities'.
You will argue sure, to 'buy it and kill it'. I will argue that the potential revenue, if it works in humans, would far eclipse current diabetes drug and statin revenues and that clearing the arteries of plaque wouldn't obviate the need to keep them clear; control diabetes, reduce dangerous lipid levels.
