Too early, mouse studies only. Coming up on one year since article, and no indication that the funding for human studies has been secured.

You will argue sure, to 'buy it and kill it'. I will argue that the potential revenue, if it works in humans, would far eclipse current diabetes drug and statin revenues and that clearing the arteries of plaque wouldn't obviate the need to keep them clear; control diabetes, reduce dangerous lipid levels.
