I would think that since Blocksafe licenses the SFOR IP & the Blocksafe products utilize the SFOR patent base, that yes a successful SFOR appeal will help Blocksafe.
I missed the end of the conference yesterday. FWIW SFOR has 4 patents pending. The oldest was filed in 2013.
