The statement that there will be a PR when the debt is paid is just so open ended. Could be tomorrow and it could be 2 - 3 years from now. Basically, the statement says NOTHING. Gotta believe that it is not SOON or we would be hearing definitive plans to retire this debt SOON. I could go on and on talking about ONCI, but, why bother.

Look up day in a dictionary and I'll bet it says a period of 24 hours. Look up week and I'll bet it says something to the point that a week is 7 days. Basic stuff. Go back and read the SHL from 9/14 and see if what was promised was delivered. Again!
