Totally not going to happen. This is year end and they are allowed 90 days. and due Dec. 30,2018. Yhey have been delinquent 3 years in a row. However, this year with a new CFO I believe they will be filed timely by Dec. deadline. All 10Q's are required within 45 days and again year report90 days. I am only talking about smaller exchanges.
