If they are doing legal DD as we speak I would expect a deal within six months, possibly by year end. I expect we will need another round of financing to get us to a deal unless it is really close. My napkin math has us out of money in November.

The bright side is no more teasing. We're going to be dancing with joy or drowning our sorrows in (cheap) whisky very soon. I'm glad....the wait has been too long.
