Interesting post from another board worth to read and think about:

Both Dr. Bertolino and Ms. Harness have been award shares of IPIX stock, but neither Dr. Bertolino nor Ms. Harness have sold any IPIX shares on the open market ever. The only IPIX shares that either one has sold were sold by the company to give them money to pay for the IRS taxes due as the result of the stock awards
Dr. Bertolino currently beneficially owns 2,699,863 shares of IPIX
Ms. Harness currently beneficially owns 169,126 shares of IPIX
