I got confirmation a few minutes ago that the 2018 Farm Bill definitely will not affect the private label deal.
As far as the anticipation of the Oct. 5th launch of the HEMPd CBD infused drinks is concerned, the only impact on the HEMPd CBD infused water/drinks will be in states where they can't sell/distribute the products, the same as applies to all of the HEMPd products we're already selling.
The feds are not attempting to interfere with CBD sales and distribution as long as the samples they inspect are compliant with the legal limit for THC content, and the HEMPd products are triple verified for compliance.
State authorities can still interfere, but only in those states where CBD sales and/or production is still illegal, but that's how it's been since launch of the brand.
The bill being delayed WILL NOT stop the launch of the drinks.
