Sticky # 403 - showing the order of magnitude for any contract for a 3-aircraft civilian owned tanker fleet capable of supplementing military capacity - has been updated to show the latest contract extension awarded to Omega on Sep 25, 2018 for FY2019.
Note that the TMPS ex-Royal Air Force Tristar fleet has more capacity than Omega's 1 x DC-10 and 2 x KC-135 and is also capable of performing the mixed military transport / tanker role - important for trans-oceanic deployments.
