For the ones that believe the contract from the 8K would be cancelled, The government would pay a hefty penalty and vice-versa.
Without knowing terms on there 36 months build time frame, who knows when it would start, but like one person said, I hope were not waiting for next year's Ramadan to end, lol

The Republic of Albania is a member of international conventions that protect any kind of investment and the time has elapsed when a political party, for its political interests, could threaten businesses that invest in this country or undertake measures that are worthy for the regimes that have run out of time.
