I think the real question that needs to be asked is why are all the licenses in CA still temporary? That's the smoke coming from the true fire issue going on.
From a communication strategy standpoint, it makes no sense to start the press machine as long as they still have a temporary license. Any good news will fall flat and gets diminished by this fact. What is going on in CA? I know they want to do everything right, but it seems they are in a gridlock.
Does anyone know of any company with a true annual license from CA of any kind? Are they all still temporary? As long as this is the case, I doubt we'll get much news from SIGO. Why waste putting out a PR when the market will continue to discount us as long as we have a temporary license.
