I don't think they can post anything until the farm bill passes. Once that is done it's a locked in deal for Mexico and the US, which the next Mexican president can't overturn. This is likely a huge catalyst for us in order for them to announce the PR. They are likely just waiting in the wings to announce it, which is why they scheduled it for Oct 5th since the Farm Bill is due by Sept 30
