If it's an organized group, and I think it is, that will be proven out in the courts, and not on a message board. If they lose, there is jail time coming. I am not a judge, but don't mind pointing the obvious. Keep in mind the biggest of them all went to jail for a long time. If anyone has to defend themselves it will not be easy. Don't hate the messenger, but maybe get some legal insurance.

Even the solo schemer will get contacted. The government works slowly. Keep in mind even if you do a simple screw up on your taxes it's usually 18 months before they contact you if not more.

If your posts can be connected to your stock trades and you were posting some serious shit, you are in some serious shit. I know some that fall into this category.

From what I know, MB don't have a legal defense fund for posters and mods are on their own. If you are a paid basher, get that in writing and have a lawyer look over the tp contract.
