Honestly buddy, I think the letter tells us an adult is in charge not just a salesguy.
Nothing against Mike Starkweather (don't read that as a diss, Mike, I know it is hard not to, but we do know your role was likely very different at the outset of this endeavor) but Utopya's management has needed to get its ducks in a row for several months now.
Per business promises: Delays happen. Crap hits the fan. That's business, that's life, and that's reality.
Mr. Keer did exactly the right thing here. He told us where the company is now, where it is going, and what he is doing to get the company running. That is precisely what a good CEO does. Kudos, Mr. Keer. Well done.
