Yea, seriously. Five years and what HAS been accomplished? Oh yes, survival.
Funny, whenever the simple question of why the “paradigm” changing company can’t sell the “best tech” to anyone in the last FIVE YEARS, the question is NEVER answered. JUST DIVERTED AND DEFLECTED AWAY. Whiners....the lot of the pissed off people with near 100% losses either on paper or realized.
Never mind the fiduciary responsibility of the CEO of a PUBLIC company. This is a PUBLIC company on paper ONLY. The BOD has ZERO authority to do anything. For all intensive purposes, HEDDLE pretty much one the company and the shareholders are just something he is stuck with, at the moment.
What consequences does this “CEO” face for any malfeasance? Answer, not a damn thing.
