The price per share would jump with the news of a JV in either SL or Ghana.  SP should do whatever it takes to generate revenues in both SL and Ghana.  Why be in business if you are not making money?  It cost money to file financial statements with the SEC and renew the concession licenses. Maybe SP is scared of success...
