I feel the chances of a JV with Tantalus are slim. Why would SP sell our black sands at a discount? To get the configuration of the pilot plant we need to separate the gold, REEs, platinum, palladium, etc. at no cost to SNEY. Isn't this what Tantalus would bring to the table?
