Clearly you know zero about Catholic boys who have other priorities than girls. I married such a man who was the captain of both his HS football team and basketball team. He also served as an Altar boy at least 3-4 mornings every week.
He was totally centered on his education and sports in HS.
That's why parents choose to send their children to Catholic high schools. That's true today and my children attended Catholic high schools and 2 of them attended Catholic colleges.
Today I have four very successful children. Three of them have been married for over 20 yrs. and I have equally successful grandchildren. Very proud of all of them.
David just graduated from U of Indiana with a double major, math and physics and had a great job waiting for him. Three are still in college, no liberal arts degrees!
