ZPaul posted a link to his post of 9/19 earlier this morning, which indicated it was starting today. But as quiet as what it has been today, I suspect that perhaps its been delayed, maybe until at least next week, since they are not holding the webinar about the Pre-STO until this Thursday, 9/27, at 2pm. Maybe Cyber C will visit this evening and provide clarification for us! Here is a copy of ZPaul's 9/19 post.
