I think that is exactly it. Investors are not confident with what Steve is stating. He keeps stating all these contracts signed, but hasn't followed up on anything in the last year.

He said he was talking with Ford, Chrysler & BMW and hasn't said anything about those meetings in the last year.

We actually don't know what he is stating or putting out is truth because it's not audited by a 3rd party in which HE STATED he hired.

So, yah, a lot has to do with no confidence in what he is stating. Until he resolves those issues, this pps isn't going anywhere.
