All infringers sought buyouts, suggesting?
Like Microsoft, who with their battalion of lawyers decided to write out a check to settle with SFOR, they knew the strength of SFORs patents was unwinnable.
All these current infringers understood one thing very clearly, that they were in deep doodoo legally and couldn't win, nor survive as a company , the damages they know would be levied against them, so they decided to get out of dodge as it were, thus selling to Corporations with billions of revenues.
This is actually great for SFOR as these buying companies are huge , loaded with cash, much bigger than the initial infringers themselves, they want to implement SFORs products system wide, resulting in more cash and monthly revs for SFOR,
When it comes to paying SFOR settlements with both the damages (hundreds of millions) and recurring monthly revenue fees (in the tens of millions) for these for these Billion dollar Corps, we are talking pocket change.
SFOR will be making way more millions in monthly revenues in licensing agreements than if the original infringers settled. We are talking an insane parabolic increase in revenues. One PR away!
And they all lived happily ever after!
