The only thing I could think of is an NDA with a key customer, but if that was the case just come out and say due to confidentiality agreements we will be going silent until after rollout. Possibly to start buying back cheap shares but my question to that would be "with what money?" given the fact the last filing showed little cash on the balance sheet.

Other than that there is no reason for a consumer products company to not inform the public of their progress......seems pretty logical to me that a consumer product company is gonna have a difficult time selling heir product if their potential customers aren't even aware the product is available for sale.

How many articles have we seen posted about phones coming this fall? How many have mentioned Utopya? Answer......none.

The problem the "faith & patience" crowd has with regards to the numerous red flags is one or two of these things taken individually can probably be explained away but when you take them in the aggregate they paint a very negative picture for anyone with a basic understanding about how you build a viable business.

Let's hope Mr. Keer proves to be the leader we all hope he is and gets ANDI back on track in short order.
