They are obligated to share material events as a public company.....it is not an "if you are nice to us we will throw you a bone."
The fact that they continue to act like they are doing us favors with weak tweets the last month+ makes them look like the typical OTC scam......hence the 90%+ drop in share price from the highs earlier in the year.
All of these half-assed OTC "management teams" like to act like they lord over shareholders when in actuality we finance their lifestyles despite most of them never even making generating $1 of profit for shareholders.
I have been doing a little research on Mr. Keer and he seems like a no-nonsense type of businessman. Hopefully, he can get ANDI/UTOP back on track in short order.
