Basically the 4 subsidiaries of Sylios Corp $UNGS have and will be distributed.

US NATURAL GAS CORP KY will be the TTECH divy
US NATURAL GAS CORP WV has not been posted as a dividend as of today.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE FINAL DIVIDEND MAY BE THE DRIVER FOR $UNGS IN COMING WEEKS.
interested to see what Dr Wayne Anderson mergers into this subsidiary. BTW I hold his financial engineering skills to an elite level. To form an S1 IPO on the OTC is a big deal and requires a lot of knowledge of SEC regulation, fortitude & of course the mighty dollar.
