We will probably see a substantial uptick in the stock(perhaps .017-.018) just before the news comes out that the Mexican deal is finalized.
Although the principles involved in the deal can't go out and buy stock until after the deal is announced, there is no way to really stop them from getting a friend to pick up a few million shares. Besides, there are probably dozens of people in the know on both sides of the border. You have to consider all the people in the Mexican Gov't. who are privy to the information about the coming deal. These are the people making the final decision.
Pretty hard to keep the big news completely secret.
This happens almost every single time a company announces big news. There is a surge in the price just before the announcement.
That's why I was pretty sure this week that we would not hear anything, because the stock price has stayed right around .01 without any really huge uptick or volume.
So look for that next week. Look for an early warning signal.
