Thanks for your opinion. I own my own business and I can tell you there is no way I am letting anyone stay around for a "victory lap" once they are no longer adding value to my business daily.

Further, I am sure Starkweather got a pretty decent chunk of highly discounted stock on his way out the door to make up for the lack of that "oh so important victory lap."

Clearly I am not happy about how poorly management has executed, but I view Starkweather's exit as a positive, not further evidence of a scam......if anything the guy helped create the pump with setting ridiculously bloated expectations earlier in the year.
