Wouldn't it be deemed a loss with an non-trading, delisted company with share values at zero?? The stock doesn't exist and the shares are worthless. If that's the case, we'll probably not be able to claim at any time if a lawsuit is unsuccessful, which I would hope they'd be taken to task.
