Well, you are either just wrong, or lying. Leo doesn't "need 30 million for phase III" for the company to survive. I assume you are referring to the Brilacidin-ABSSSI clinical trial which is on hold precisely because of that cost. The other trials were much cheaper and faster and were made the priority for that reason.

So claiming that he"needs" 30 million right now to continue clinical trials is wrong.

Claiming that "BP knows he is being greedy" -- what? For wanting to make a deal for fair valuation of a drug? That is a laughable claim.
