Steve isn't alone signing off on the numbers. His CFO signs and so does a lawyer, separately. I doubt they all three want to do hard time. When the audited financials come out will Q and the rest of the gang over there bash the audit? Call it lies and a scam? Probably, if they're still around and not pumping. If I thought Steve was a liar I wouldn't be here. Too ambitious maybe? Well that's not a crime and it can pay off if you bet on the right horse.
