At the earliest on Monday then the written formulation could be set up.

Thereafter - at the earliest Tuesday or Wednesday - both parties examine the content of the deal.

Probably some formulations will be changed / improved.

In my opinion, the DEAL can be signed by both parties at the earliest on Friday.

That is, at the earliest on Friday after market close the DEAL could be made known.
