The deal with Aspire was only beneficial to IPIX because they are/were merely a backup financial lifeline. It was an agreement to buy shares which ultimately caused dilution due to low SP. If SP would have been attacked and retail investors would not have been scared away by their uncertainty then IPIX likely would not have needed Aspire much anyway. If it is a choice between not having any money to keep the company progressing or dilution, then I am/was ok with it. BUT I am glad to see management planning to put that type of financing behind them. What they are after is an investment in the company that provides working capital which only adds value to the company, not dilution. IPIX has hit one deep, have rounded third base and the coach is waving them home right now........
