Yes it did and a number of people tried to repost it and it kept getting deleted.
Now if you are mod and you are intentionally deleting posts to manipulate the story that does not look good for all the mods. While they can say "I wasn't the one that deleted it", there is guilt by association especially if you did nothing and stood by and watched.
