$EVSV was shorted again recently to enable more loading at .0002 and they were using a 10K holdback on an undercut ask at .0002 to try to cover - there were multiple 500K buy hits against it earlier yesterday.
The fake 10K holdback attempt at .0002 was on the ask earlier - just cancelled after the news was spotted.
Should see .0003s going again today.
Should also see some sell orders at .0003 cancelled.
