This is just totally speculation and completely without any foundation --
but it occurs to me --
perhaps they are planning to ask for the FDA pre-IND meeting "in the coming weeks" rather than RIGHT NOW, because the prospective partner wants to be in on it -- so they can't ask for the meeting until a deal is signed.
Again, just utterly speculation and worth what you paid for it -- zero.
